Ingredients for 6
Filling
16 oz cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon of lime zest
Crust
1 package Graham crackers, about 8, about 2 cups
1 stick butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350

Crush the graham crackers and mix with the rest of crust ingredients.

Put crust in six 8 oz mason jars and pack down. About 1/4 inch thick.

Bake jars at 350 degrees for ten minutes.

Mix cream cheese and sugar to consistency of choice( I like some small chunks).

Add the rest of the filling putting eggs in one at a time.

Fill the jars to the first ring leaving about 1/2 from top.

Tighten jars finger tight only. So some air will escape during cooking.

Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Let cool on the counter for 30 min to an hour.

Place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
