  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Crush the graham crackers and mix with the rest of crust ingredients.
  3. Put crust in six 8 oz mason jars and pack down. About 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake jars at 350 degrees for ten minutes.
  5. Mix cream cheese and sugar to consistency of choice( I like some small chunks).
  6. Add the rest of the filling putting eggs in one at a time.
  7. Fill the jars to the first ring leaving about 1/2 from top.
  8. Tighten jars finger tight only. So some air will escape during cooking.
  9. Cook for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
  10. Let cool on the counter for 30 min to an hour.
  11. Place in refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
  12. Enjoy!
