½ tsp Lemon Zest
¼ tsp Salt
¾ C Lemon Juice

Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC

Place all ingredients in blender and blend well

Phil 4 ounce mason jars almost to the top. Placed the lids and seal finger tight.

Place jars in the heated sous vide for 90 minutes.

Remove from sous vide and let cool thoroughly before refrigerating for two hours. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
