Ingredients
- 4 Large Eggs
- ½ C Sour Cream
- 1 ½ C Half & Half (or Heavy Cream)
- ½ tsp Lemon Zest
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¾ C Lemon Juice
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 185ºF / 85.0ºC
- Place all ingredients in blender and blend well
- Phil 4 ounce mason jars almost to the top. Placed the lids and seal finger tight.
- Place jars in the heated sous vide for 90 minutes.
- Remove from sous vide and let cool thoroughly before refrigerating for two hours. Top with whipped cream and enjoy.
