Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 58.9ºC / 138.0ºF

  • Step 2

    Vacuum seal each pork chop.

  • Step 3

    Preheat water to 138°

  • Step 4

    Place pork chops in sous vide and cook for 2 hours.

  • Step 5

    Remove after 2 hrs and serve. * Best flavor of the seasoned Honey Hog BBQ rub if you don’t reverse sear.
