  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 58.9ºC / 138.0ºF
  2. Vacuum seal each pork chop.
  3. Preheat water to 138°
  4. Place pork chops in sous vide and cook for 2 hours.
  5. Remove after 2 hrs and serve. * Best flavor of the seasoned Honey Hog BBQ rub if you don’t reverse sear.
