- 2” Thick Boneless Pork Chops
- Meat Church Honey Hog BBQ Seasoning
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 58.9ºC / 138.0ºF
- Vacuum seal each pork chop.
- Preheat water to 138°
- Place pork chops in sous vide and cook for 2 hours.
- Remove after 2 hrs and serve.
* Best flavor of the seasoned Honey Hog BBQ rub if you don’t reverse sear.
