Ingredients for 0
12 to 16 Oz lamb chop or steak
2 garlic cloves
1 Tbsp butter
Fresh or dried rosemary
Fresh or dried thyme
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Directions

Step 1
1.) Salt and pepper the chop on both sides

2.) Add rosemary, thyme, and garlic to both sides

3.) Add half the butter to both sides

4.) Place in a vacuum bag or use the water immersion method as I did here

Step 5
5.) Cook for 5 hours at 145 degrees F

Step 6
6.) Remove the chop from the bag and save the liquid (I use it in ramen or to make a reduction)

7.) Sear each side on high heat for about a minute

8.) Serve with roasted vegetables (I prefer asparagus and broccoli)
