Lamb is my comfort food, and a nice chop really makes for a delicious dinner.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1.) Salt and pepper the chop on both sides
  2. 2.) Add rosemary, thyme, and garlic to both sides
  3. 3.) Add half the butter to both sides
  4. 4.) Place in a vacuum bag or use the water immersion method as I did here
  5. 5.) Cook for 5 hours at 145 degrees F
  6. 6.) Remove the chop from the bag and save the liquid (I use it in ramen or to make a reduction)
  7. 7.) Sear each side on high heat for about a minute
  8. 8.) Serve with roasted vegetables (I prefer asparagus and broccoli)
