Ingredients for 4

  • 1 Kg Chicken Wings

  • 4 Tbs Soy Sauce

  • 2 Tbs Honey

  • 2 Garlic Cloves Minced

  • 1/2 Tbs Sesame Oil

  • 4 Tbs Oil (For finishing)

  • 2 Tbs Flour (For finishing)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Mix together the Soy Sauce, Honey, Garlic and Sesame Oil. Put the Chicken Wings in a bag, add the sauce and make sure all the wings are coated. Seal the bag and place in the water bath at 65 Degrees C for 2 hours.

  • Step 2

    Remove the Chicken from the bag and discard and sauce, place in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and then toss until evenly coated with oil. Add flour then toss until an even thin coating.

  • Step 3

    Bake in the oven at 180 Degrees C for 30 mins until the wings are crispy.
