Chicken wings with just the right amount of stickiness and crispiness. Can be made in advance and finished off just prior to eating.

  1. Mix together the Soy Sauce, Honey, Garlic and Sesame Oil. Put the Chicken Wings in a bag, add the sauce and make sure all the wings are coated. Seal the bag and place in the water bath at 65 Degrees C for 2 hours.
  2. Remove the Chicken from the bag and discard and sauce, place in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and then toss until evenly coated with oil. Add flour then toss until an even thin coating.
  3. Bake in the oven at 180 Degrees C for 30 mins until the wings are crispy.
