Chicken thighs
Pickled sliced jalapeños
Salt pepper garlic
Half and half
Butter

Step 1
Pull off skin from chicken

Lightly rub chicken with salt pepper and garlic

Place chicken in bag along with jalapeño slices and a small amount of jalapeño juices

Cook for 2 hours at 167

Fry skin in pan until crispy on both sides then set aside.

Pour juices from cooked chicken into pan and reduce while scraping up charring.

Add half and half and butter into sauce and reduce to desired thickness.

Dip chicken in sauce then place crispy skin on top. Serve with more sauce for dipping
