Ingredients
- Chicken thighs
- Pickled sliced jalapeños
- Salt pepper garlic
- Half and half
- Butter
Directions
- Pull off skin from chicken
- Lightly rub chicken with salt pepper and garlic
- Place chicken in bag along with jalapeño slices and a small amount of jalapeño juices
- Cook for 2 hours at 167
- Fry skin in pan until crispy on both sides then set aside.
- Pour juices from cooked chicken into pan and reduce while scraping up charring.
- Add half and half and butter into sauce and reduce to desired thickness.
- Dip chicken in sauce then place crispy skin on top. Serve with more sauce for dipping
