Ingredients for 4
1.5 lb. Marinated Pork Tenderloin
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tbsp sriracha sauce
1/4 cup green onion
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Mayo or olive oil
Directions

Step 1
Cook vacuum sealed and marinated pork tenderloin at 140° F for 2 hours.

Step 2
Slather cooked tenderloin with mayo or olive oil to lightly coat meat.

Sprinkle rub on meat.

Step 4
Sear meat on HIGH for about 1 minute per side.

Step 5
Slice tenderloin to desired thickness and drizzle glaze on top.

Step 6
Top with sliced green onion for garnish. Enjoy!
