Island Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 1.5 lb. Marinated Pork Tenderloin
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Mayo or olive oil
Directions
- Cook vacuum sealed and marinated pork tenderloin at 140° F for 2 hours.
- Slather cooked tenderloin with mayo or olive oil to lightly coat meat.
- Sprinkle rub on meat.
- Sear meat on HIGH for about 1 minute per side.
- Slice tenderloin to desired thickness and drizzle glaze on top.
- Top with sliced green onion for garnish.
