  1. Cook vacuum sealed and marinated pork tenderloin at 140° F for 2 hours.
  2. Slather cooked tenderloin with mayo or olive oil to lightly coat meat.
  3. Sprinkle rub on meat.
  4. Sear meat on HIGH for about 1 minute per side.
  5. Slice tenderloin to desired thickness and drizzle glaze on top.
  6. Top with sliced green onion for garnish. Enjoy!
