1 clove garlic
Chili flakes to taste
1 tsp honey
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 bone in pork chops
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.

Add all ingredients together in zip lock back and place in sous vide water bath. Cook at 130°F for 1 hr.

Pour sesame oil in cast iron skillet. Just before it starts to smoke, place pork chops in skillet, turning every few seconds until brown.
