  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
  2. Add all ingredients together in zip lock back and place in sous vide water bath. Cook at 130°F for 1 hr.
  3. Pour sesame oil in cast iron skillet. Just before it starts to smoke, place pork chops in skillet, turning every few seconds until brown.
