Honey-soy-garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- Chili flakes to taste
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 bone in pork chops
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 130.0ºF / 54.4ºC.
- Add all ingredients together in zip lock back and place in sous vide water bath. Cook at 130°F for 1 hr.
- Pour sesame oil in cast iron skillet. Just before it starts to smoke, place pork chops in skillet, turning every few seconds until brown.
