Pork tenderloin
Honey hoisin sauce

Step 1
Set your Anova device to 140 degrees for theee hours. Turn in to Preheat.

Take a pork tenderloin lightly salt and put in a vac seal bag with two cloves of garlic.

Once preheated add bag to your water bath and cook for three hours.

Preheat your grill to high.

Step 1
Remove tenderloin from bag, pat dry and place on grill.

Step 2
Brush with honey hoisin sauce and grill for 45 seconds per side.

Step 3
Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Serve on freshly steamed Korean bao with a side of fried rice and Kani crab salad.
