Ingredients
- Pork tenderloin
- Honey hoisin sauce
- Korean steam buns
Directions
- Set your Anova device to 140 degrees for theee hours. Turn in to Preheat.
- Take a pork tenderloin lightly salt and put in a vac seal bag with two cloves of garlic.
- Once preheated add bag to your water bath and cook for three hours.
Finishing Steps
- Preheat your grill to high.
- Remove tenderloin from bag, pat dry and place on grill.
- Brush with honey hoisin sauce and grill for 45 seconds per side.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve on freshly steamed Korean bao with a side of fried rice and Kani crab salad.
