  1. Set your Anova device to 140 degrees for theee hours. Turn in to Preheat.
  2. Take a pork tenderloin lightly salt and put in a vac seal bag with two cloves of garlic.
  3. Once preheated add bag to your water bath and cook for three hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Preheat your grill to high.
  2. Remove tenderloin from bag, pat dry and place on grill.
  3. Brush with honey hoisin sauce and grill for 45 seconds per side.
  4. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve on freshly steamed Korean bao with a side of fried rice and Kani crab salad.
