Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs - bone In/Skin On
Now with my new Anova that i gave my wife for Christmas, anything and everything!! Just getting revved up with this thing and i can now challenge my wife’s cooking... until she realizes what’s going on then I’m screwed once she takes it away from me!!

Ingredients for 2
3 chicken thighs - bone in/skin on
Ground sea salt and ground pepper
4 Crushed garlic
3 tbsp honey
3 thin lemon slices
6-8 Fresh Oregano leaves
Olive oil
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 153.0ºF / 67.2ºC.

Step 2
Rub in salt, pepper, garlic, honey on both sides

Place in zip lock bag and add lemon slices, olive oil, fresh Oregano

Step 4
Insert in water bath, seal bag and cook for 2 hrs

Remove from pot and rest uncovered for 5 min

Add 2 tbsp oil in cast iron pan and heat pan Med High

Step 2
Once pan is hot cook chicken thighs 1 min non skin side down then 1min or until skin is crispy on skin side down

Remove from pan and rest for 5 min

Slice and enjoy!
