Now with my new Anova that i gave my wife for Christmas, anything and everything!! Just getting revved up with this thing and i can now challenge my wife’s cooking... until she realizes what’s going on then I’m screwed once she takes it away from me!!

Temperature : 153F / 67.2C

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 153.0ºF / 67.2ºC.
  2. Rub in salt, pepper, garlic, honey on both sides
  3. Place in zip lock bag and add lemon slices, olive oil, fresh Oregano
  4. Insert in water bath, seal bag and cook for 2 hrs

  1. Remove from pot and rest uncovered for 5 min
  2. Add 2 tbsp oil in cast iron pan and heat pan Med High
  3. Once pan is hot cook chicken thighs 1 min non skin side down then 1min or until skin is crispy on skin side down
  4. Remove from pan and rest for 5 min
  5. Slice and enjoy!
