Ingredients for 6

• 1/4 cup raw honey

• 6 chicken breasts

• Old bay seasoning

• Step 1

  Season each breast w/old bay

• Step 2

  Put your 6 chicken breasts into a vacuum seal bag

• Step 3

  Add 1/4 cup of honey

• Step 4

  Manual vacuum and seal, or wet mode.

  Place on cookie sheet, broil for 3 min each side to crisp the honey
