• 1/4 cup raw honey
• 6 chicken breasts
• Old bay seasoning

Directions

1. Season each breast w/old bay
2. Put your 6 chicken breasts into a vacuum seal bag
3. Add 1/4 cup of honey
4. Manual vacuum and seal, or wet mode.

Finishing Steps

1. Place on cookie sheet, broil for 3 min each side to crisp the honey
