Hard Boiled Eggs/Liquid Center


I come from a huge Italian family so, food is a big deal to us! Once I learned about the Sous Vide method, I’ve been going nuts with it. Food is love and perfectly cooked food is the loviest.

These are the yummiest of eggs, hard boiled, but not really.

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC

  • Step 2

    For starters, use a container with a cover. Once the water reaches  194°, quickly insert the raw eggs with a large spoon or something of that nature and put the cover back on right away. At nine minutes, remove and put into a water bath with ice to stop the cooking.  The end!
