I come from a huge Italian family so, food is a big deal to us! Once I learned about the Sous Vide method, I’ve been going nuts with it. Food is love and perfectly cooked food is the loviest.

Temperature : 194F / 90C

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC
  2. For starters, use a container with a cover. Once the water reaches  194°, quickly insert the raw eggs with a large spoon or something of that nature and put the cover back on right away. At nine minutes, remove and put into a water bath with ice to stop the cooking.  The end!
