- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC
- For starters, use a container with a cover. Once the water reaches 194°, quickly insert the raw eggs with a large spoon or something of that nature and put the cover back on right away. At nine minutes, remove and put into a water bath with ice to stop the cooking. The end!
