Ingredients for 6

  • 1 dozen eggs

  • 6 cups water

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC

  • Step 2

    Carefully place eggs into the water and start a 20 minute timer. NOTE: this may bring water temperature down but proceed with the timer anyway.

  • Step 3

    Immediately transfer eggs into an ice bath once timer finishes and leave them to sit for at least 5 minutes.

      To peel, carefully crack the shell against a hard surface and peel under cold running water for best results!
