  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC
  2. Carefully place eggs into the water and start a 20 minute timer. NOTE: this may bring water temperature down but proceed with the timer anyway.
  3. Immediately transfer eggs into an ice bath once timer finishes and leave them to sit for at least 5 minutes.

Finishing Steps

  1. To peel, carefully crack the shell against a hard surface and peel under cold running water for best results!
