Ingredients
- 1 dozen eggs
- 6 cups water
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 194ºF / 90.0ºC
- Carefully place eggs into the water and start a 20 minute timer. NOTE: this may bring water temperature down but proceed with the timer anyway.
- Immediately transfer eggs into an ice bath once timer finishes and leave them to sit for at least 5 minutes.
Finishing Steps
- To peel, carefully crack the shell against a hard surface and peel under cold running water for best results!
