Ingredients for 4

  • 6 pcs Beef oxtail

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon ground cyan pepper

  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

  • 1 cup carrots

  • 1 cup yellow bell pepper

  • 1 cup red bell pepper

  • 1 cup celery

  • 1 cup asparagus

  • 1/2 cup onions

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk

  • 1 14oz can of tomatoes

Directions

  • Step 1

    Sear oxtail in butter

  • Step 2

    Prepare the sauce- Stir fry all the ingredients

  • Step 3

    Vacuum seal the oxtail with the sauce

  • Step 4

    Dip in hot bath @185F for 14 hrs
