Guga’s Oxtail beef stew

Ingredients
- 6 pcs Beef oxtail
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cyan pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup carrots
- 1 cup yellow bell pepper
- 1 cup red bell pepper
- 1 cup celery
- 1 cup asparagus
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 14oz can of tomatoes
Directions
- Sear oxtail in butter
- Prepare the sauce- Stir fry all the ingredients
- Vacuum seal the oxtail with the sauce
- Dip in hot bath @185F for 14 hrs
