Prepare bacon by frying the bacon and rendering out all the fat. Remove the fat

Reduce the bacon marmalade to a thick consistency.

Fry the Sous vide eggs optionally adding panko (bread crumbs) Cook each side of the eggs till golden brown with crispy edges. Cook the yolks to required doneness.
