  1. Sous vide eggs
  2. Prepare bacon by frying the bacon and rendering out all the fat. Remove the fat
  3. Add brown sugar to the bacon and water
  4. Reduce the bacon marmalade to a thick consistency.
  5. Fry the Sous vide eggs optionally adding panko (bread crumbs) Cook each side of the eggs till golden brown with crispy edges. Cook the yolks to required doneness.

Finishing Steps

  1. Serve a top a toasted English muffin, toast of your choosing or a filet steak
