Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 T Brown Sugar
- 1 T water
- Bacon 2 strips per serving
Directions
- Sous vide eggs
- Prepare bacon by frying the bacon and rendering out all the fat.
Remove the fat
- Add brown sugar to the bacon and water
- Reduce the bacon marmalade to a thick consistency.
- Fry the Sous vide eggs optionally adding panko (bread crumbs)
Cook each side of the eggs till golden brown with crispy edges.
Cook the yolks to required doneness.
Finishing Steps
- Serve a top a toasted English muffin, toast of your choosing or a filet steak
