Ingredients for 1

  • Salt to taste

  • 2 tspn Brown Sugar

  • 1/4 tspn Corn Starch

  • 1/4 tspn Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tspn Onion Powder

  • 1/4 tspn Turmeric

  • 1/2 tspn Paprika

  • 1/2 tspn Chili Powder

  • 1 tspn Black Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC.

  • Step 2

    Salt steak. Let sit for an hour

  • Step 3

    Mix together dry rub ingredients

  • Step 4

    Generously apply rub to steak.

  • Step 5

    Place in freezer bag and air seal

  • Step 6

    Place bag in water at 133F and leave it there for 60 minutes

  • Step 7

    Cooking, take steak out of bag and gently pat dry

      Heat barbecue to 500F. Grill steaks for 30 seconds on each side.

      After grilling, let steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting
