Grilled Steak (Dry Rub)
This recipe is a dry rub steak finished on a barbecue. Really fast, easy, and delicious.

Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- 2 tspn Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tspn Corn Starch
- 1/4 tspn Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tspn Onion Powder
- 1/4 tspn Turmeric
- 1/2 tspn Paprika
- 1/2 tspn Chili Powder
- 1 tspn Black Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC.
- Salt steak. Let sit for an hour
- Mix together dry rub ingredients
- Generously apply rub to steak.
- Place in freezer bag and air seal
- Place bag in water at 133F and leave it there for 60 minutes
- Cooking, take steak out of bag and gently pat dry
Grill
- Heat barbecue to 500F. Grill steaks for 30 seconds on each side.
- After grilling, let steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting
