Grilled Steak (Dry Rub)

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 133.0ºF / 56.1ºC.
  2. Salt steak. Let sit for an hour
  3. Mix together dry rub ingredients
  4. Generously apply rub to steak.
  5. Place in freezer bag and air seal
  6. Place bag in water at 133F and leave it there for 60 minutes
  7. Cooking, take steak out of bag and gently pat dry

Grill

  1. Heat barbecue to 500F. Grill steaks for 30 seconds on each side.
  2. After grilling, let steak rest for 5 minutes before cutting
