  • Pink salt 5 tsp

  • Black pepper 3 tsp

  • Thyme 3 tsp

  • Rosemary 3 tsp

  • Country Crock light butter 2 Tbsp

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 126.0ºF / 52.2ºC.

  • Step 2

    Mix ingredients and rub on roast. Rub melted butter.

  • Step 3

    Put in sealed bag.
