Ingredients
- 7 lbs grass fed sirloin roast
- Pink salt 5 tsp
- Black pepper 3 tsp
- Thyme 3 tsp
- Rosemary 3 tsp
- Country Crock light butter 2 Tbsp
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 126.0ºF / 52.2ºC.
- Mix ingredients and rub on roast. Rub melted butter.
- Put in sealed bag.
Stovetop
- Sear 30 Sec around roast.
