Ingredients for 3
4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoons dark soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar
2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
1 knob of butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
In a shallow container, mix together all ingredients. Add pork chops, and turn to coat evenly. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Turn the pork chops in the marinade occasionally Vacuum seal and sousvide at 145°F for an hour for a firm yet slightly pink chop.

Sear before serving and add remnant sauce which has been cooked down.
