  1. In a shallow container, mix together all ingredients. Add pork chops, and turn to coat evenly. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Turn the pork chops in the marinade occasionally Vacuum seal and sousvide at 145°F for an hour for a firm yet slightly pink chop.

Finishing Steps

  1. Sear before serving and add remnant sauce which has been cooked down.
