Ingredients
- 4 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoons minced fresh ginger root
- 1 knob of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

In a shallow container, mix together all ingredients. Add pork chops, and turn to coat evenly. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Turn the pork chops in the marinade occasionally
Vacuum seal and sousvide at 145°F for an hour for a firm yet slightly pink chop.
Finishing Steps
- Sear before serving and add remnant sauce which has been cooked down.
