  • 1 Whole Bulb of Garlic

Directions

  • Step 1

    Peal and slightly crush a whole head of Garlic

  • Step 2

    Place garlic in a bag or container with the Olive Oil

  • Step 3

    Place in water bath at 85°C for 3 hours

      Allow oil to cool in container.

    • Step 1

      Strain the oil into a bottle and use as needed.
