Directions

  1. Peal and slightly crush a whole head of Garlic
  2. Place garlic in a bag or container with the Olive Oil
  3. Place in water bath at 85°C for 3 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Allow oil to cool in container.
  2. Strain the oil into a bottle and use as needed.
