Ingredients
- 500 ml of Light Olive Oil
- 1 Whole Bulb of Garlic
Directions
- Peal and slightly crush a whole head of Garlic
- Place garlic in a bag or container with the Olive Oil
- Place in water bath at 85°C for 3 hours
Finishing Steps
- Allow oil to cool in container.
- Strain the oil into a bottle and use as needed.
