Ingredients for 0

  • Frozen shucked corn on the cob

  • Coarse sea salt

  • Butter

Directions

  • Step 1

    Place all ingredients in a bag.

  • Step 2

    Freeze

  • Step 3

    Set sous vide to 181F for 40 minutes

  • Step 4

    Place bag in water bath when temperature is over 170°

  • Step 5

    Place a weight over the corn to avoid it rising when the air in it expands.

  • Step 6

    Remove at/after 40 minutes at temperature (30 minutes if corn is fresh and not frozen).

  • Step 7

    Plate, pour melted butter over corn, and serve.
