Ingredients
- Frozen shucked corn on the cob
- Coarse sea salt
- Butter
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a bag.
- Freeze
- Set sous vide to 181F for 40 minutes
- Place bag in water bath when temperature is over 170°
- Place a weight over the corn to avoid it rising when the air in it expands.
- Remove at/after 40 minutes at temperature (30 minutes if corn is fresh and not frozen).
- Plate, pour melted butter over corn, and serve.
