Ingredients

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a bag.
  2. Freeze
  3. Set sous vide to 181F for 40 minutes
  4. Place bag in water bath when temperature is over 170°
  5. Place a weight over the corn to avoid it rising when the air in it expands.
  6. Remove at/after 40 minutes at temperature (30 minutes if corn is fresh and not frozen).
  7. Plate, pour melted butter over corn, and serve.
