  • Whole frozen cod filet

  • Half cup butter

  • Half cup lemon juice

  • Capers

Directions

    Sous vide 1 & 1/2 hours. Reduce 1:1 butter and lemon juice. Glaze on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Broil on high for 10 to 15 mins.
