Ingredients
- Whole frozen cod filet
- Half cup butter
- Half cup lemon juice
- Capers
Directions
- Sous vide 1 & 1/2 hours. Reduce 1:1 butter and lemon juice. Glaze on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Broil on high for 10 to 15 mins.
Finishing Steps
- Sprinkle generously with capers, and serve with green beans or a salad.
