  1. Sous vide 1 & 1/2 hours. Reduce 1:1 butter and lemon juice. Glaze on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet. Broil on high for 10 to 15 mins.

Finishing Steps

  1. Sprinkle generously with capers, and serve with green beans or a salad.
