Frozen burgers
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 151.0ºF / 66.1ºC.

Vacuum seal burgers, side by side

When temperature reaches 151 then place the burgers in the bag into the pot

When done remove burgers from bag and discard juice.

Add salt and pepper and garlic powder to both sides.

Step 2
Heat cast iron pan with a tbsp. of canola oil and when hot seat the burgers, about 45 seconds on each side. In another cast iron pan, roast your buns. When done then enjoy.
