Really like most things especially beef (steak , prime rib, etc.) and chicken (boneless or whole chickens) pork and of course lamb but don’t forget fish and seafood.

Ingredients
- Frozen burgers
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic powder
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 151.0ºF / 66.1ºC.
- Vacuum seal burgers, side by side
- When temperature reaches 151 then place the burgers in the bag into the pot
- When done remove burgers from bag and discard juice.
- Add salt and pepper and garlic powder to both sides.
- Heat cast iron pan with a tbsp. of canola oil and when hot seat the burgers, about 45 seconds on each side. In another cast iron pan, roast your buns. When done then enjoy.
