Ingredients for 2
Pork tenderloin
3 tbsp miso paste
3 tbsp mirin
Directions

Step 1
Place pork tenderloin in sous vide bag and add marinade ingredients. Seal bag and massage pork.

Place bag in fridge and allow pork to marinate for 6 hours or overnight.

Step 3
Heat water to correct temperature with ANOVA. Remove bag from fridge and submerge in water via displacement method.

Step 4
Cook until timer on ANOVA beeps.

Finishing Steps

Step 0
Remove pork from bag and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 1
Heat oil until very hot in a heavy bottomed pan.

Step 2
Sprinkle salt and/or pepper on pork as desired.

Step 3
Optionally, skip above step and sprinkle with sesame seeds at the end.

Step 4
Sear pork for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
