Directions

  1. Place pork tenderloin in sous vide bag and add marinade ingredients. Seal bag and massage pork.
  2. Place bag in fridge and allow pork to marinate for 6 hours or overnight.
  3. Heat water to correct temperature with ANOVA. Remove bag from fridge and submerge in water via displacement method.
  4. Cook until timer on ANOVA beeps.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove pork from bag and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat oil until very hot in a heavy bottomed pan.
  3. Sprinkle salt and/or pepper on pork as desired.
  4. Optionally, skip above step and sprinkle with sesame seeds at the end.
  5. Sear pork for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
