  • Flap steak, seasoning of choice.

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 127ºF / 52.8ºC

  • Step 2

    Seal up your steak, preferable dry brined overnight with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 

  • Step 3

    Cook the meat for up to two hours. 

  • Step 4

    Remove the steak when done and dry the exterior thoroughly.

      Finish with a sear in a hot cast iron skillet. Use a little oil of your choice. I use avocado oil with a little butter to baste.
