Ingredients
- Flap steak, seasoning of choice.
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 127ºF / 52.8ºC
- Seal up your steak, preferable dry brined overnight with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook the meat for up to two hours.
- Remove the steak when done and dry the exterior thoroughly.
Sear
- Finish with a sear in a hot cast iron skillet. Use a little oil of your choice. I use avocado oil with a little butter to baste.
