  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 127ºF / 52.8ºC
  2. Seal up your steak, preferable dry brined overnight with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. 
  3. Cook the meat for up to two hours. 
  4. Remove the steak when done and dry the exterior thoroughly. 

Sear

  1. Finish with a sear in a hot cast iron skillet. Use a little oil of your choice. I use avocado oil with a little butter to baste.
