Directions

  • Step 1

    Prepared the meat. Cut of fat and tendons. Salt the meat and add garlic prepper and spice. Vacuum the beef.

  • Step 2

    Meat fibers runs on the short angle. Once prepared cut the meat into 3-4 peaces and slice in the short angle. (see picture)
