  • Cumin

  • Paprika

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Cayenne pepper

  • Oregano ( just a little bit )

    Season the flank steak pretty well on well on both sides and vacuum seal. Place in the water and wait...... tick tock ....

      Heat skillet and put salt and pepper on the steak prior to the searing. Sear both sides for a minute or two per side. You want to get a nice sear with a nice crust.
